Warm Up to Prevent Ankle Sprains

It is essential to warm up before any athletic activity to avoid injury. As ankle sprains are one of the most common types of sports injuries, ankle warm-up exercises are important for everyone to learn. Although easy to do, their importance should not be taken lightly.
Ankle stretches should be performed before any sport that involves running or jumping. Take a good ten minutes before starting your activity to gently stretch the ankle joint. Three easy ankle stretches involve:
