DR.LAURA;;HELLO I HAVE HAD RSD/CRPS FOR 11 YEARS.IT IS EVERYTHING THEY SAY IT IS AND THEN SOME.I AM IN PAIN MANAGEMENT.I HAVE TRIED EVERY THERAPY MODULE KNOWN TOO MAN.I CURRENTLY DO STRENGTHENING,STRETCHING AND WALKING TOO KEEP LIMBER AND NOT ATROPHY.I HAVE EXTREMELY PAINFUL MUSCLE SPASMS AND CONTRACTURES.I WANTED TOO PASS THIS ON TOO ANYONE SUFFERING THIS ORDEAL.MY DR. PERSCRIBED LIDOCAINE CREAM AS IT IS VERY EFFECTIVE ON MUSCLESKELETAL PAIN,ARTHRITIS,BURNING NERVES ALSO.TK
