Winter Warm Up

Warming up before any activity is important to prevent injury, especially in the winter months. During the cold weather stretching exercises are an essential way to avoid pulling a muscle or spraining an ankle. Three easy ankle warm up exercises are:

Achillies Tendon Stretching
Ankle Inversion
Ankle Eversion
