Home Exercise Programs

Wednesday February 11, 2009
A home exercise program is essential to doing well in your rehabilitation program. If your physical therapists has not reviewed several exercises for you to do at home, you should ask to do so. A home exercise regimine should be performed two to three times per day. Being active in your own rehab will greatly pay off!

For a while I was doing the home therapy program twice a day on some days but other days once.

My PT never told me how many times that I needed to do them each day.

But I didn’t know that it was a necessity to do the program twice a day even though sometimes I did do it twice a day. I am just doing once a day even now since being discharged from PT. Thanks for the information.
