Strengthening Your Back

Four out of five people will experience back pain at least once in their life! You can help prevent back injury however by strengthening the muscles that support your spine. There are many easy exercises to achieve this goal. Pick from a few below and put together your own back strengthening routine.

Cat and Camel
Hip Extension
Prone Extension
Hip Rolls
Pelvic Lift

Might be good to have a future post taking these exercises a step further and introducing ones done with the body upright…just a thought
