Baseball is a favorite summer sport for both adults and children. Although known as “America’s pastime,” this activity can result in several injuries due to the stress it places on both the upper and lower body. Here's a quick list of some injuries associated with baseball:
Rotator Cuff Tear
Elbow Tendonitis
Back Strain
Ankle Sprain

What about Labral tears of the shoulder and hip and treatment and rehabilitation times. I am in my early 60’s and have suffered one in my hip and am about to undergo a procedure and am interested in this info! thank you for a good newsletter
