Fibromyalgia - Are You At Risk?

Fibromyalgia is a medical condition that affects the muscle and soft tissue of the body. Symptoms of fibromyalgia include chronic muscle pain, fatigue, sleep dysfunction, and painful tender points.

Various risk factors associated with fibromyalgia include:
 • Young Females
 • Diagnosed Sleep Disorder
 • Family History of Fibromyalgia
 • Diagnosed Rheumatic Disease

Management of fibromyalgia consists of aquatic therapy along with a stretching and strengthening physical therapy program.
