Hip Extension


1) Kneel down on the floor in an all four position on your hands and knees
2) Extend one of your legs out behind your body straightening your hip and knee until the leg is straight behind you off the floor
3) Hold for a count of 5
4) Return to the starting position
5) Repeat exercise with the opposite leg
6) Repeat 10 more times
