Four-Point Crutch Gait


Indication:
Weakness in both legs or poor coordination.

Pattern Sequence:
Left crutch, right foot, right crutch, left foot. Then repeat.

Advantages:
Provides excellent stabilty as there are always three points in contact with the ground

Disadvantages:
Slow walking speed
