Quickly lie down on one side.

Quickly lie down on one side. It should only take one to two seconds to get into this position. Be sure to keep your head at a 45 degree angle with the bed. To do this, imagine you are looking at a person's face who is standing about four feet in front of you.

Getting into this position may bring on your symptoms. This is expected. Remain in this position for 30 seconds or until your symptoms subside.
