Exercises After Knee Arthroscopy

After knee arthroscopy it is important to start exercising early to maintain strength and increase range of motion. Learn four exercises that are safe to be performed immediately after an arthroscopy. This early rehabilitation program will help increase knee range of motion as well as the strength of the muscles surrounding the knee joint.
