Wall slides are an effective way to strengthen your quadriceps muscles, the large muscles located in the front of your thigh.
Injuries that will benefit from wall slides include:
  • Quadricep strains
  • Immobilization after a fracture
  • inability to bear weight on a leg for an extended period of time

I am recovering from a hip injury and I just came across your blog giving advice about an exercise called wall slides it seems easy to do and it looks like I don’t need any special training equipment in order to do it. Do you have any training videos to demonstrate exactly how the exercise is done?
