Standing Back Stretch
1) Stand upright with feet shoulder length apart
2) Place your hands in the small of your back
3) Bend back slowly, as far as tolerated, while keeping your knees straight
4) Hold this position for 5 seconds
5) Relax
6)Repeat the above steps five more times
7)Do three times per day
