Finding Your Pelvic Floor Muscles

Finding your plevic floor muscles can be done easily with some practise. To begin, go to the bathroom and sit on the toilet. After you begin urinating, stop the flow of urine. Do this several times. The muscles that you are "squeezing" to stop your urinary stream are your pelvic floor muscles. (Note: Only do this initially to LOCATE the correct muscles to exercise. Stopping your flow of urine should not be done to exercises the muscles themselves.)
