Exercise Two


1) Lie on your back on top of a towel
2) Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the floor
3) Wrap the towel around your abdomen and hold the left side of the towel in your right hand and the right side of the towel in your left hand
4) Perform an abdominal crunch while pulling the towel tighter across your abdomen
5) Repeat 5 more times
